Liquid Phase High Pressure Units

The HPAP Filter Vessel Series is designed to treat liquid streams in a wide variety of adsorption applications such as:

  • Dissolved organics and special organics
  • Suspended solids
  • Dissolved materials
  • Oil and grease
  • Dissolved and precipitated metals
  • Catalytic reactor
  • Bioremediation

These applications will use filtration media such as activated carbon, greensand,
sand/anthracite, specialty clay, zeolites and resins.
The standard construction of the HPAP Filter Vessel Series is epoxy lined carbon
steel with stainless steel fittings and internals with external 2 coat system
consisting of epoxy with urethane top coat. The standard pressure rating is 75
psig. Optional items include ASME stamp, custom sizing and pressure ratings,
seismic calculations, and various linings for corrosion protection. With extensive
manufacturing and engineering capabilities, Tetrasolv can provide turnkey fixed
bed filtration solutions as required by your unique application.

Liquid Phase Low Pressure Units

liquidphase

The AFD Series of filter vessels are designed to treat liquid streams where flow
rates are low (less than 20 gpm) and there is minimal flow pressure. These units
are normally used as an activated carbon adsorption unit but can easily
accommodate a variety of other medias used in applications such as:

  • Dissolved organics and special organics
  • Suspended solids
  • Dissolved materials
  • Oil and grease
  • Dissolved and precipitated metals
  • Catalytic reactor
  • Bioremediation

The standard AFD Series construction is epoxy lined carbon steel with PVC
internals and the pressure rating is 2-12 PSIG. In most applications this unit is
considered as a single use filter.
