Tetrasolv uses a wide range of coatings for our vessels to insure the durability and appearance of all our offerings.  Here are some of the options:

• • Plasite 4110 – Heavy duty, NSF approved internal lining that is very corrosion and abrasion resistant.  It is used in all vessels going to potable         water applications.  Most of Tetrasolv’s rental fleet is lined with Plasite 4110 to increase the usable life of the vessel.  All vessels that are 8-foot       diameter and larger are lined with Plasite 4110.
  • ChemLINE 784 – This lining is used in applications that require excellent corrosion resistance.  It is primarily used when there are high solvent          concentrations  and/or acidic or caustic liquid phase treatment.
  • Carboline Carbothane 8845 – This external urethane topcoat provides an excellent high luster appearance for all our vessels.
  • Sherplate 600 – This is our standard NSF lining for smaller vessels.  Sherplate 600 can have increased thickness applied for longer lining life.
  • Macropoxy 646 – A cost efficient industrial liner that can also be used as an external primer for the urethane topcoat.
