Tetrasolv has manufactured filtration equipment for a wide variety of applications for almost 30 years. With this wealth of experience and knowledge, we have developed techniques and philosophies that differentiate us from other equipment manufacturers. Here are just a few of those differences.
Tetrasolv only used stainless steel internals for liquid phase vessel fluid distribution. Many of our competitors use plastic tubing, particularly on smaller diameter vessels, which can easily be damaged during use and changeouts. With our stainless steel design, our customers can be assured that the distribution system will remain in excellent condition regardless of the severity of the application or the number of media changeouts.
All Tetrasolv couplings for pipe connections are stainless steel. This insures that threaded connectors are corrosion and damage resistant, unlike carbon steel or plastic connections used by other manufacturers.
Tetrasolv specializes in the manufacture of customized tanks. We have the flexibility to provide the customer with designs that meet their needs and do not force feed our standard designs on our customers as is sometimes the case with other manufacturers.
Tetrasolv can produce ASME code vessels to meet customer special requirements. Our engineering staff does all designs, calculations, and CAD drawings to meet ASME design criteria.
We maintain one of the largest inventories in the industry of standard vessels for immediate shipment, both for sale and rental. Tetrasolv can respond quickly to your vessel needs.
Tetrasolv is the only US owned and operated company that builds tanks, services tanks and reactivates your carbon! There are only two other companies in the US that perform all three tasks.
